Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the dedication and time our artisans invest in each piece of Plioraa jewelry.
Standard Orders
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return under our Return Policy.
Custom & Engraved Pieces
Because bespoke and engraved items are crafted specifically for you, they require immediate material preparation.
- Cancellations for customized jewelry are only accepted within 12 hours of order confirmation.
- After 12 hours, a 30% artisan fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the materials and labor already invested.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please email our support team immediately at theplioraa@gmail.com with your Order Number and cancellation request. We will confirm the status of your cancellation via email.
